BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Before leaving home, check your flight status, terminal and baggage allowance directly with your airline.
If your travel plans change, please inform your Regional CIS Team as soon as possible.
FLIGHT CHECK
Official event transfers are arranged for guests arriving through Cairo International Airport (CAI) or Sphinx International Airport (SPX).
Please follow the arrival instructions provided and look out for the event transfer team.

DRESS CODE
Optional wellbeing activities take place on October 6 from 06:00–07:00.
If you are participating, remember to bring comfortable sportswear and shoes.
CAIRO EXPERIENCE
Your selected Cairo Experience takes place on October 7.
Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Caps and water will be provided. Meeting points and departure information will be shared during the event.
WELLBEING
Check the latest Cairo weather forecast before travelling and pack accordingly. A light layer is recommended for conference rooms and evenings. Cairo would probably be between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius.
