They are your first point of contact if you need help or are unsure about anything.
Plan for data
Hotel Wi-Fi will be available, but you may not have Wi-Fi during activities outside the hotel.

Arrive a few minutes early for buses, activities and meeting points.
Stay with the program
Please stay with the organized venues, activities and transportation.
If you need to leave independently, tell your colleagues and Social Group Lead first.
